Covid-19 Prevention Efforts

The safety and comfort of our residents is our most important responsibility.

Concordis Senior Living management team is dedicated to keeping you up to date as we continue to enhance our protocols to safeguard against the COVID-19 virus.

Dear Families & Friends of Concordis Senior Living Communities:

Early on, Concordis Senior Living implemented robust prevention measures to protect against COVID-19. We have an incredible commitment from our team members and want you to know we are doing everything in our power to keep your loved ones safe.

Enforcing our “visitor” policy has been key to the safety of residents and staff.  Our communities have discovered thoughtful ways for families to visit and communicate with their loved ones without putting them at risk. Our team at Concordis Senior Living has been tirelessly dedicated to prevention and control, and to the health and safety of our residents and each other.

Concordis is committed to the health and safety of residents and staff. We will monitor the spread of this virus closely and you can rest assured; we are doing everything possible to protect and prevent its spread to residents including our strict PPE and weekly testing protocols.

Family and Friends, the support you have given us has been tremendous. We are truly touched by the reviews you have written and words of encouragement about the way our communities are stepping up during this pandemic. Your words mean a lot to us and serve as a reminder that we are all in this together.

You place a great amount of trust in us and we do not take that for granted. We are honored to serve you and your loved ones and will continue working diligently to keep our residents and staff safe, healthy, and happy. We continue to collaborate closely as a team and monitor the CDC guidelines to address the new challenges that the pandemic is presenting across the system. Thank you to all of you for your continued support and dedication as we work together to maintain our communities as safe, engaging and fulfilling places to call home—where residents are always supported and their best interests are always put first.

We are here for you and available if you have any questions about Concordis Senior Living’s safety and prevention measures. Call us today to learn more.

Sincerely,

Peder Johnson

Visitor Guidelines:

We are excited to announce that visitation restrictions have been lifted and we are thrilled to welcome visitors and guests back into our community.

For the protection of our residents, visitors and staff, we continue to follow CDC guidelines and take certain precautions.

We previously coordinated access to the COVID-19 vaccine for our residents and staff, and we have made arrangements for all new residents to receive priority access to the COVID-19 vaccine.  New residents must move into our community to participate in the vaccine program.

We would be happy to discuss the opportunity for new residents to receive the vaccine with you. Please feel free to call us to answer any questions you have.

As COVID-19 precautions continue to be in place at the state and federal levels, our leadership teams are continuously monitoring and responding to the rapidly evolving situation. We can also assist with any questions and/or concerns you may have as it relates to COVID-19 or on learning more on how our community can assist with keeping you and our senior population safe. Please feel free to visit our Resource page for links to official COVID-19 information. Additionally, you can also contact us, directly, with any questions.

During this time, we are limiting physical tours of the community but have created a virtual tour experience for anyone who wishes to learn more about Legacy Ridge. Please give us a call to speak with the team leaders about our brand-new community and take a private tour from the comfort and safety of your own home!
